Wales became subscribers to the PNLD, together with recognised organisations within the Criminal Justice system such as the National Crime Squad (NCS), the National Criminal Intelligence Service (NCIS), the Ministry of Defence Police and Centrex – the police training organisation. PNLD also has
partners such as the Crown Prosecution Service.
Fraser Sampson LLB, LLM, MBA is a Solicitor in the Employment Group at Walker Morris. Formerly a superintendent and Head of the National Police Training Examinations and Assesment Unit, he is a highly respected authority on police law.
